Where to Find Your Cancellation Policy
You can review your cancellation terms anytime in the Guest Area under your Reservation Details. The same information is also included in the confirmation email you received after booking.
Refundable vs. Non-Refundable
- Refundable: If you cancel within the time frame specified in your rate details, you’ll receive a full refund.
- Non-Refundable: These bookings cannot be refunded, even if cancelled.
Booked Through an Online Platform?
(Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.)
If you made your reservation through one of these platforms, any cancellation must be processed directly there. Once completed, we’ll automatically receive the update.
