The pre-arrival verification process takes about 5 minutes to complete. We recommend using a mobile device, but you can also complete it from a computer if you prefer. To ensure you receive your access details on time for your check-in, please complete this process as soon as you book your stay with Cunabu.
You’ll automatically receive the instructions and the verification link either right after booking or, at the latest, 3 days before your arrival.
When’s the best time to complete pre-arrival verification?
It’s best to complete the pre-arrival verification process as soon as you’ve booked your stay with Cunabu. At the very latest, it should be completed at least 24 hours before arrival and prior to any travel. If pre-arrival verification has not been completed, access codes will not be available.
Can I complete pre-arrival verification when I arrive at Cunabu?
Most Cunabu locations do not have staffed front desks and rely on self-check-in. If you arrive without completing pre-arrival verification, you will still need to do so online in order to receive the access details to unlock the building and your unit. In some cases, the information may require review, which can delay access. For this reason, we strongly recommend completing it ahead of time.
Do you accept temporary or expired IDs?
Only active, permanent government-issued photo IDs are accepted during pre-arrival verification. If you have a temporary ID, please contact our support team for assistance.
How often do I have to complete pre-arrival verification?
While most Cunabu locations only require one submission, some destinations require verification for every stay due to local regulations. Simply follow the steps for each reservation. If one submission is sufficient, the system will notify you.
